"The property was good. It accommodated my family of 5 easily. Love the pool. Wish we paid for it to be heated. As the property stated, it is lil lizards on the outside of the property, was still scared being from New york. Overall would recommend and would be back if i come back to Florida. "

"Everything was okay , but the first time I stayed there the staff walked in my room 9am thinking no one was there . My second stay I got a room where it was leaking water . I complained and they said it will be fixed but no one came to check . I checked out and complained again and they said sorry but nothing complimentary for my troubles or anything . Now I went for a third time with my family again and the main room because we got a suite the AC was not working . I called early morning to see if we can have a late check out at least an hour and front seat was not polite at all and said no . The Resort was nice but these things make you think about coming back . The security at the entrance of the hotel , the gate the one in the afternoon shift very nice , very respectful and such a great person . Good welcoming and customer service , they need to give that man a raise . Can’t complain about the staff ."
