Everything was good but we asked for a balcony and was told nothing could be done even with paying the upcharge. My husband recently had a knee replacement and unfortunately we had a room on the 3rd floor without an elevator. The salon was fabulous and staff was beyond great. Pool and room were also great.

Parking is terrible. Was suppose to have a 3 BR villa, we got a 2 BR villa with a pull out sofa in a studio kitchen with a door. Really people.
