"My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at The Knob. It gave us the secluded mountain retreat we wanted! The cabin was as advertised in the photos and was well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Our dog stayed with us, and she loved the outdoor deck spaces and walks along the mountain trails. Our only negative was the lack of a lawn or a fenced area for her. No big deal since we knew about that ahead of time.We had one minor maintenance issue, but the homeowner responded quickly and resolved our problem in a timely manner.The location of the property worked well for us during our stay. You can be at all the major attractions of the area within a half hour drive. The best part of staying at the Knob is breathing the fresh mountain air and enjoying the nature around you. We recommend arriving for the first time during daylight hours so that you can learn to navigate the drive up the mountain!"
