"The property itself was a lovely upstairs room, generous in size and very close to the rail station with a direct line to Edinburgh. We had a two night stay and found the bed to be very comfortable. A generous soak bath tub is in the main bedroom. Little snacks were a pleasant gift. Small issues were disappointing.On arrival there was no soap in the container and We were disappointed that despite asking for the room to be serviced, the soap was not replenished, toilet paper not replenished and...

"Lovely stay at kilconquhar castle estate, great location for exploring the east neuk of fife with great facilities such as tennis, swimming, badminton etc. Pitty sauna wasn't in separate changing rooms but didnt stop us using it. All staff friendly and pleasant to deal with. Good banter with the bar & kitchen staff. Great Tuesday steak night offer & great choice for breakfast! Would recommend. "

"Beautiful comfortable room with an extra bed for our daughter. Lovely friendly staff on reception and in the bar and restaurant. Great quality evening meal and breakfast. Great setting. Would love to come back. Added bonus of a pool to enjoy with steam room! "
