"I throughly enjoyed my stay at the Alex. Staff was more than friendly and accommodating, the facilities are immaculately clean and the room and property had everything I wanted in a hotel. "So the hotel was really nice had really nice views of Matterhorn and the room was really big. The bathroom was a bit on the small side and we never really ate at the restaurant so I can’t really rate the restaurant however, the breakfast was excellent and the ski room closet was excellent. Overall we had a really good experience"
