"This is an excellent, brand new hotel located in downtown Santa Cruz de Tenerife. It has an ultramodern feel, with conveniences I wish every hotel had, such as self check-in and a water bottle filling station outside the room. The location is ideal, especially for those planning to use the port (e.g., for a cruise) and TFS airport, since the bus station is only a 20 minute walk away. "I was a single traveller. The room i was given was large, with a double bed, and ensuite bathroom. For the price i paid, i found it was good value for money - everything i needed was there. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The room had wifi access and a tv. I let the host know roughly what time i would be arriving, and he was there, waiting to greet me. "Great location, across from the main park and truly a 4 star hotel (we had some bad experiences in Gran Canaria with a so called 4star). We had a room in the 1st floor with exit to an interior patio with greenery and sitting sofas, lovely! Great staff too! Would stay here again! "
