"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Fantastic Stay, We’ll Be Back! My wife and I stayed at Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort for two nights and we can confidently say we will definitely be back. From the moment we arrived, the customer service throughout the entire resort was top quality. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. The cleanliness of the resort was outstanding, everything was spotless and very well maintained. A special mention has to go to the deli on site, the food was incredible and very reasonably priced. It was such a pleasant surprise and easily one of our favourite parts of the stay. The pools and lazy river were absolutely beautiful and such a relaxing way to unwind after busy days at the parks. The shuttle buses were extremely efficient, making getting around effortless, and the bus drivers were all lovely and accommodating. We’re visiting from Australia, and when we return to Orlando, there’s no question, this is where we’ll be staying again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great value, comfort, and exceptional service. 👏🌴✨"
