"Everything about Legoland hotel was legit. Easy check in and check out, CVS vending machines with literally EVERYTHING, all kid friendly amenities, so many activities for the kids, reasonably priced everything pretty much. Can’t wait to come back! "

It is all their stuff or the manager fault they supposed to check this kind of thing I have stay at room 265 the responsible personshould go and take a look at that bed sofa bed. "This hotel needs upgrades! The windows are single pane and you literally can hear EVERYTHING! be prepared to get no sleep! We also had a room with a kitchenette, however, it came with no pots or pans, no silverware, no dishes, nothing! So, you're on vacation and I guess they want you to buy all kitchenware in order to be able to utilize the kitchenette???? makes no sense! completely pointless to reserve a room with a kitchenette that you can't use!"

"Our experience began with an attempt to check in early; however, we were informed there would be an additional $30 fee or that we could return at the standard 3:00 p.m. check-in time. We chose to return at 3:00 p.m. as advised, but upon arrival, we experienced an additional one-hour wait before our party was accommodated. Upon entering the rooms, we encountered several cleanliness concerns. Our room had an unpleasant odor, as if water had been sitting for an extended period, and another room in our party had condom wrappers left on the floor. Additionally, my sister was initially assigned the incorrect room, which required further correction. On a more positive note, the breakfast was excellent. Despite a change in weather, the pool remained warm, and the jacuzzi was very enjoyable. The property’s location was also convenient, situated approximately 10 minutes from Legoland."
