"I recently stayed at Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel & Suites for 5 days. While the location was convenient, my overall experience was disappointing. Housekeeping only came twice during our stay, which was not enough for a 5-day visit. The AC vent/filter in the room was also very dirty and covered in dust, making the room feel poorly maintained. In addition, the lobby had a strong vinegar smell because they use vinegar for cleaning, which was unpleasant.The strong vinegar odor in the lobby was noticeable and affected the atmosphere.” I hope the hotel improves its housekeeping and cleanliness standards for future guests."

"Good hotel overall. Unfortunately, the room we originally booked was unavailable at check-in. However, the staff and manager, Luca, handled the situation professionally and upgraded us to a room with a Fallsview for the inconvenience. The team was very accommodating and made a genuine effort to ensure we still had a great trip despite the issue."

"Super dingy hotel. When we checked in they checked us into a dirty room, then moved us to a cleaner room. Things were still super rough. Parking is crazy and hard to manage. Quiet time is 10pm which I feel is super late for a kids hotel… kids were screaming and running around until 10pm knocking on doors disturbing everyone. If you have littles who can’t sleep with noise like other crazy kids this is not going to be the place for you! They have windows that show you each court yard which is pretty weird and the lights shine in all night so you don’t get any dark time. Would not recommended this place! Waterpark was nice though, small enough for just a couple hours. Kids have to be 40in tall to really go down any slides but nice small splash pad and wave pool for little. Have to buy ur own towels which is dumb."
