It was not what we expected it certainly was not the same place we viewed on line with a beautiful balcony over looking the ocean. To many stairs either about 10 steps for a bathroom going down or up. We made the best but not a place I would go back to.

Hello Victoria,thanks for your review. I'd like to point out a few things.First of all, the pictures you see on this website referred to the room type (which means that if you choose a sea-view apartment you'll see the photos of that room). You specifically booked a superior apartment which is clearly shown on our expedia website with the correct photos. You didn't book any sea-view apartment nor you asked for it during the check-in I clearly don't understand why writing your disappointment after the check-out. The staff was always at your disposal but you never pointed out your disappointment,

Great location. Be prepared for noise.
Our room was nice. Great view of the piazza but it was super noisy at night. The hot water did not work and it was difficult to track the staff down in order to have it repaired. It took a day and a half to have it fixed. They changed the lock on our door and did not tell us. We were left scrambling to find out why our key no longer worked. The terrace which was advertised was not really usable as it was under repair and there was no seating on it. The included breakfast at the cafe across the piazza was lovely.

Beautiful room and charming town!
Our room was amazing! Three levels and three bathrooms! All of the furnishings looked new and it appeared to have been newly renovated. There was also a washer in the kitchen - very nice and not expected! Tonia and her husband were very helpful and took great care of us. They had us take a boat tour with Blue Moon and Davide (the guide) was very friendly. The boat captain, Guiseppe, was incredibly adept at maneuvering the boat in/out of the caves. I highly recommend taking their tour! The little town was quite charming and the food was incredible! My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. We will definitely return and stay with Dei Serafini again and for a longer period of time. We had a wonderful time in this little gem!

Great couples weekend
We stayed at the B&B Dei Serafini for a quick weekend away. The owner arranged for us to park in their reserved parking off-site and had a driver pick us up. She met us with an umbrella in hand to protect us from the rain and made sure we knew about the free breakfast in the cafe next door. We had a fabulous stay.

Absolutely perfect location!
It was in a small square, but close enough to the main square. Loved our time there and plan to return. Only trouble we had was having someone available in reception we had no phone to call upon check in.

Lovely house right in the centre of the old town
More than we hoped for. Not a bedroom but a whole house with a roof terrace with sea views. Great place, lovely town.

Il fascino del mare d'inverno a Polignano
Nonostante il vento e il freddo abbiamo apprezzato la bellezza dei luoghi ed il fascino del mare d'inverno soggiornando in una struttura molto confortevole

Romantico,grazioso e curato. Il mio ragazzo ed io abbiamo alloggiato presso la camera Superior Romantic: camera piccolina come ogni alloggio di Polignano (ex città di pescatori) ma tutto coccolo!Proprietari e personale molto gentili e disponibili ad ogni richiesta. Consigliato. 🌟

Un soggiorno da favola nella romantica Polignano
Fin da subito abbiamo capito che sarebbe stato un soggiorno indimenticabile. All' arrivo un risciò è venuto a prenderci portandoci in mezzo alle viuzze del centro storico facendoci assaporare la magia di Polignano. La signora Tonia è una perfetta padrona di casa, ci ha spalancato le porte del nostro nido romantico curato nei minimi dettagli. Ottima la location della colazione con balconcino per due a picco sul mare!!!!!!

Weekend San Valentino
Il b&b Dei Serafini si è rivelato davvero per quello che è....semplicemente fantastico!!! Anche se abbiamo pernottato una sola notte la camera era davvero accogliente e molto funzionale,il proprietario gentilissimo.Che dire....???Ci rivedremo presto.....

puur Italië
op een mooi pleintje in het oude historische centrum van het stadje. Ontbijt in een romantisch plekje met mooi uitzicht op de blauwe zee. Prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is zeer goed. De "familia" was zeer gastvrij, behulpzaam en aardig.

Incantevole Polignano
Stupendo appartamentino situato nel centro storico della città. Arredamento curato nei minimi particolari, completo di tutto. Non si può accedere con la macchina, perciò consigliamo di lasciarla fuori dalle mura (ci sono parcheggi sia a pagamento che gratuiti nelle viette intorno) oppure chiedere per il quello privato (a pagamento). Colazione nel loro bar completa di tutto!

Das Hotel ist ein B&B, aber das stört überhaupt nicht - im Gegenteil! Das B&B war nicht ganz einfach zu finden in den engen und kleinen Gassen, aber nach einem Telefonanruf wurden wir persönlich abgeholt. Sauber, schön und familiär.
