This lovely apartment is set on the pine walk area of Puerto Pollensa, first line property 5 meters from the beach with unobstructed views of the sea and bay.
In total the apartment offers 4 bedrooms 1 of which is a double bed and the others are 5 single beds in 3 other bedrooms.
2 bathrooms also available at the property one of which is a en-suite.
The large modern lounge / dining area is fitted with T.V, sofa, and tables and chairs with the added bonus of overlooking the bay.
This area also leads directly out onto the balcony overlooking the bay fit with sun loungers, table and chairs for relaxing and talking in all the views.
Fully fitted kitchen available.
Great property for a get away with the family and only 10 minutes walk to the town centre where you can find shops and restaurants.
A lift is available at the property and direct access to the seafront.

Beautiful apartment in stunning location

The apartment was everything we hoped for, spacious, well equipped and a great location. We had such a lovely stay in beautiful Puerto Pollensa. Just a few things that could be improved... a folder with local info and emergency numbers /places to visit/restaurant recommendations. Essentials such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, salt, pepper and more than one loo roll ... would be usually provided in accommodation of this price.

Erholung pur

Tolle Zeit gehabt. Die Wohnung ist großartig, die Agentur super aufmerksam - Urlaub pur. Um die Jahreswende ist auf der gesamten Insel ja einiges geschlossen, so auch in Port Polenca. Aber es waren genug Lokale, Zeitungsläden und Bäcker geöffnet, so dass wir die Zeit genießen konnten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Aufenthalt verlängert

Wir hatten zunächst nur 11 Tage gebucht; weil es uns so gut gefallen hat, haben wir gleich um eine weitere Woche verlängert. Sehr gute Lage des Appartement. Alles war bestens.
