"We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Tulip on Guelis mountain near Bogor. The sight of the environment is fantastic. Staff was wonderful, more than professional. Really kind people glad to be of help. Especially Pak Rian of reception was extraordinary by organising personnel to sing Happy Birthday to my daughter, the special gifts, and enquiring afterwards how we liked it. Really good"

"BigLand Hotel Bogor gave me excellent service with a free upgrade. When I got sick, the staff truly cared for me. Clean rooms, multiple restaurants, and a beautiful rooftop with live music. Only issue: nearby mosques start at 4 a.m., but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Overall, very happy stay!"

"Puncuk pass resort is located at one of the best locations in Puncuk. However, resort is very old, not maintained probably due to covid and infrastructure is very old and broken. In our room, all furnishings and towels were very dirty and old. Furniture was also not satisfactory. Condition of swimming pool and outside area needs proper maintenance and cleanliness. "Excellent service and a beautiful hotel. Good location, close to the Botanical Garden and a 5 minute walk to the mall. Great staff that fixed everything you asked for. Nice bar area with excellent food and drinks at a reasonable price. The only complain that I had was at the breakfast were the juice machine made some undrinkable juice. "
