"Excellent emplacement. Superbes demeures.Équipements très suffisant. Propreté à l'arrivée : remarquable. Piscine super. Entretenue discrètement après un orage Merci Alessandro Alessandro le propriétaire du site était très disponible.Il nous a dépanné la veille du 15 août. Le "ferogusto", fête très importante en Italie.Il s'est proposé, et a préparé d'excellentes pizzas à partir du four à pain de la propriété.Enfin pour fêter un anniversaire, nous avons fait appel à un cuisinier recommandé par Tuscan Retreats.. Expérience unique : il achète ce qu'on lui commande à partir de 4 options différentes pour 4 plats, de l'entrée au dessert. Les vins sont choisis en fonction et compris. Il met à table, sert, debarasse, fait la vaisselle et nettoye la cuisine.Bravo, super, exceptionnel comme l'accueil, la disponibilité et la gentillesse du propriétaire. Nous recommandons et reviendrons.11 personnes dont 3 enfants."

"Wir hatten einen wirklich wunderschönen Aufenthalt und können diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen! Der Vermieter war unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit und war jederzeit zur Stelle, wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben.Ein ganz besonderes Highlight war, dass er uns an einem Abend selbst Pizza gemacht hat – sie war einfach exzellent! Außerdem hat er uns selbst gemachten Honig und an einem Morgen sogar frisch gebackenes Brot geschenkt. Solche persönlichen Gesten haben unseren Aufenthalt ganz besonders gemacht.Auch die Location selbst ist wunderschön: ein toller Garten, ein großer Pool und eine sehr schöne Umgebung. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt.Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden diese Unterkunft jedem uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit und die herzliche Gastfreundschaft!"

"Fantastisch mooi huis midden in de Garfagnana in Toscane.Wat een hartelijk ontvangst kregen wij door Silvio (eigenaar) en Lolita (Engelssprekende hostess). Zeer gastvrij en gedurende het hele verblijf bereikbaar voor vragen. Er was een lijst gemaakt met de festivals tijdens ons verblijf en van de aanbevolen restaurants in omliggende dorpjes/stadjes.Het huis is ruim, met mooie ruime slaapkamers en 2 mooie badkamers, complete keuken en grote eettafel.Wereld stekkers zijn ook aanwezig.Zwembad en jacuzzi zijn mooi schoon en deze worden elke ochtend vroeg gecheckt. Ligbedden en parasol zijn er.Enige minpuntje is dat de douches in huis wat te langzaam warm worden, of net te snel weer koud worden als ze warm zijn.De omgeving is echt fantastisch mooi. Tussen de bergketens van de Apuaanse Alpen en de Noordelijke Apennijnen in, rond de rivier Serchio, een prachtig bosrijk gebied met idyllische authentieke dorpjes.Het huis ligt in een straat aan een van de doorgaande wegen aan de rand van de Apuaanse Alpen. Castelnuovo di Garfagnana is op een kwartiertje rijden een van de 'hoofdsteden' van de regio waar je oa ook de supermarkten en apotheken kan vinden. De andere is Barga, op een half uurtje.Grotere steden op 1uur (Lucca) tot 2uur (Florence) rijden.Vanwege de ligging vinden wij het minder geschikt om lang te verblijven met (onze) pubers. Je kunt niet even een dorpje inwandelen en je zit echt op je eigen. Maar voor een vakantie met vrienden oid zouden wij niet twijfelen."

"La maison, la piscine et la vue sont magnifiques. C est le paradis. Tout est fleuri et très bien entretenu. La propriétaire Francesca est très sympathique et accessible. La literie est très confortable. Les équipements sont au complets. Il ne manque rien. Nous repartons enchantés de notre séjour a Podere. Le restaurant Da Lorietta situé a quelques minutes en voiture est également très bon et pas cher.Point positif de la piscine : on a pied partout, idéal pour jouer et nager. Merci pour tout Francesca et au plaisir de revenir vous voir, dans ce havre de paix."
