Villa M is a luxurious and beautifully furnished holiday home that combines modern style with traditional charm. Located just 650 metres from the nearest restaurant and 2 km from a grocery shop, this villa offers ultimate comfort and convenience. The villa is set in fully fenced grounds and features a large swimming pool, a 6 m² children's pool, a hot tub and a sauna. Enjoy al fresco meals on the covered terrace with dining table and barbecue. Other amenities include a guest toilet and three parking spaces. The villa is spread over three air-conditioned floors. The ground floor comprises a stylish living room, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The first floor has two double bedrooms, each with its own shower/WC. The second floor (top floor) offers a double bedroom, a bathroom with bath and separate shower, a storage room with washing machine and a balcony with panoramic sea views. Villa M is located in Mihelii, only 6 km from Porec and 7 km from the nearest beach. It offers an ideal location for exploring the rich cultural heritage of Porec, including the famous Euphrasia Basilica. Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of persons aged 26 years or younger.
