"The staff was exceptional, and we thoroughly enjoyed the spacious room. Although our flight was quite delayed, the front desk staff surprisingly allowed us to leave the luggage while we explored Mallorca. I highly recommend this property. As a manager in the same industry, I feel honored to be in a place that demonstrates what is expected of its guests."

"The hotel is immaculately clean. All staff are pleasant and helpful. Meals are varied and plenty of choices for all diet requirements/preferences. There were no tea/coffee facilities in the hotel outwith the dining room and no kettle in the room. You cannot have a cup of tea when arriving late or leaving early. I was in a single occupancy room and the traffic noise from very early morning until late was loud and not relaxing even when wearing earplugs."

"I loved my stay here. The location is great, staff is fantastic and super friendly. Breakfast delicious lots of good options & it’s not the exact same everyday. Single room is perfect for solo travelling. Parking super easy. No extra charges at check in."

"Wonderful hotel facilities and staff super for families Two things of note 1) Drinks do not come with bottled soda eg Coke Sprite. They come ready mixed which is disappointing. We were not all inclusive but I guess this saves hotel money 2) Hotel states free parking. Bit ambiguous as you have to park on roads around the hotel where available"

"My second visit to Alcudia absolutely loved are stay,everyone was so friendly.Booked for dinner for five nights the food is amazing as is their buffet breakfast.Rooms cleaned daily and towels changed even pool towels."

"The room, kitchen and toilet were all clean and as advertised. The a/c and TV worked. Space for a couple and two young children. The pool was lovely, plenty of loungers. Bar and food fine. Plenty of parking. It is c.800m from the busy beach area, but lovely and quiet at night."

"Immaculate clean rooms in a pleasant, fairly large hotel just meters from one of the best white sand beaches in Europe. Staff were all great. Good supermarket only 5mins walk away. Negatives: It's very much a child-friendly hotel -- as we knew and nothing wrong with that -- but even so it felt unnecessarily sterile in the evenings, with the kids singalong more or less the main event at 20:30, and aimed at very young children. Most guests over the age of ten looked pretty bored to me so I don't think the balance is quite there for the whole family (frankly if they just played some 70s-90s pop and let the guests hang out it would be better). Poor water quality both in terms of pressure and heat, and chemical taste. Very poor little rusty gym. Overall we loved the room and location but nothing about the hotel gave us reason to become repeat visitors - unless we were to come back with toddlers in the future!"
