"We had a brilliant overnight stay in this old pub in this tiny cove. The staff are really lovely and the food was excellent. Very comfortable bed and a nice clean fresh bathroom. Breakfast was large and tasty. There's a bit of plumbing noise but you can expect that in old buildings."

"Excellent accommodation in a beautiful village. Not too crowded at this time of year. It’s on the second floor which may be an issue if your mobility is limited, and even if not it’s quite tiring to carry all your cases etc up."

"Beautiful house and location. Sadly the house has been neglected. Everything needs a deep clean, stains on carpets, broken furniture, beds, bedding, towels all need replacing. Kitchen crockery and utensils dirty and chipped.TV not working, various light bulbs not working.Major issues with the oil boiler, the smell was so strong we had to leave external windows and doors open.The garden was lovely but overgrown with weeds, rubbish and brambles.The local pub - Cornish Arms took a reservation on line but it is actually closed!The owner was very responsive and helpful. Shame, it just needs some TLC. "

"Lovely cosy cottage, perfect location and size for us (2 adults & 2 teens). Right in the heart if Port Isaac but still felt quiet and peaceful.Communication was good throughout.Could do with a caffetiere, but cottage had everything else you might need. Can't really fault."

"The bar staff had a lock in with loud music till late. they then put one of their friends a room for the night who had taken something which disagreed with him. This resulted in screaming laughing and stomping around his room from 3am until 4.30am . The worst nights sleep I have ever had. "
