"My wife and I had planned a month long vacation with our sights set on Mallorca for cycling and relaxation… Finding our Cala Deià home for three weeks proved to be everything we were seeking and more. The location is wonderful and the view is heavenly, seeming almost unreal at times. Our house was perfect. Again, more than we had anticipated despite the obviously attractive photos in the listing. It was classic with modern touches, comfortably furnished and equipped with everything we needed....

"Our stay at this beautiful home was more than we could have hoped for! The communication was great! Our host met us at the house and Showed us around, even though our flight was delayed and we arrived past midnight. We were left a lovely parcel of goodies when we arrived which was welcomed after our travel. The place was absolutely spotless. So clean! The home was so well looked after. "We were a large group of 16 comprising four families with young kids (18 months to 9 yes). As mentioned in previous reviews Isabel the host is helpful and quick with her response to pre arrival queries. The check in/out process was also made straight forward by Isabel. On arrival at the villa our expectations were more than met. "It doesn't really get any better. The villa exceeded expectations, the photos don't really do it enough justice. Everything you need for a perfect holiday. The only sounds to be heard out in this area are chickens, a donkey and the occasional dog. At nighttime the only sounds are the birds, owls and crickets. The management company reply to your emails almost immediately. In fact one evening when we had no water I emailed them at 2030pm and there was an engineer in the doorstep less than an hour...

"The house is a beautiful old property in traditional style. We didn't take a car and did a lot of walking (30 minutes from Soller) but the area was so beautiful we didn't mind. You can walk straight on to the mountain trail from the house which was stunning. The best thing about the house is the upper terrace on the second floor which looks out over the mountains and the valley."

"A lovely villa in a fabulous location, with views to die for. We loved the eclectic mix of antique furnishing and the numerous seating areas around the property. Ants...as other reviews, quite easily dealt with The small village of Banyalbufar was perfect for our needs and provided enough bars and restaurants for a stroll down the hill for supper...a little tougher going back up... lighting along the path would help. "Had a 10/10 stay at this hotel! Staff were excellent, facilities and hotel grounds are AMAZING, and the hotel room was superb. Our stay was topped off with live entertainment each night (flamenco dancers, singers, musicians etc), great buffet breakfast, free spa facility included in stay, and great views. If you want a relaxing stay this is it!! The only thing to note is that you can hear noise from other guests closing/opening doors but was not an issue past 10:30/11pm. Not sure why this hotel isn’t a 5 star hotel! "
