"Unfortunately we arrived to an uncleaned apartment so couldn’t relax and unpack after our journey and had to vacate once the cleaner arrived. Management were helpful in coordinating this but it was frustrating especially arriving with 2 children. The next day there was no water at all so couldn’t brush our teeth or shower, which we were told was a municipality issue due to recent mudslides. "The hotel was lovely. It was situated near the top of a hill overlooking the Mediterranean sea and the views from my room were spectacular. The hotel came with a full complement of amenities but I most appreciated the room service as well as the complimentary breakfast service. It was some of the best food I had in Italy. I will definitely be staying here whenever I am in Positano."
