"Fantastic hotel. Everything about it is good - the people, the rooms, the food, the gifts, the cocktails, the view, all top notch. Probably all around the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. My only complaint, and it’s minor, is the buttons that operate the lights and blinds. They are tricky. But they do not take away from the great time our entire family had! Big thank you to everyone that works there, you made our trip to Porto one of the best, what a place.
