The lady who checked me in was not polite. I questioned her about VIP benefits and she said that it would be in the room. I noticed a small bottle of wine and thought to myself that it couldn’t be VIP benefit but later on was told that it was from VIP minibar. Anyway, they gave me the VIP benefit wine bottle the next day

Very nice hotel and reasonable rates
The hotel is very nice , rooms are very comfortable, clean and nice design. The only missing thing is a nice lobby to Seat down relax and meeting othe guests. The location is a bit far from Old town

Excellent stay!
Overall I loved the hotel. Very comfortable, rooms are nice and clean. Had a very nice view of the city. Service was good, they were accommodating. Close to everything! I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Our experience
The check in experience was not great to start with. There was one assistant dealing with one customer and the second assistant was standing at the desk and didn’t acknowledge my existence for about 5 minutes. The room itself was small but fine. The window opened out on to the Main Street so it was very noisy with the window open and still quite noisy when it was closed. The air conditioning unit was noisy when operating so we couldn’t sleep with it on.

the hotel is in a good location and the cleaning was perfect the staff only one lady was very professional and nice the rest were very cold they didn’t honour the promised to offer to upgrade for the gold member we went away for the night and came back as i had no choice because i have already paid otherwise i wouldn’t come back they advertised for attracting the business but when you there they didn’t offered anything at all i would never go back even though the hotel is perfect and very clean i will never go back as prague has a lots of nice hotel

The young lady who did my check in was friendly and very efficient. She made me feel welcome. The room was comfortable and the amenity of the Nespresso machine was a plus as well the welcome bottle of wine. I appreciate the kind attention!!!
