"To be honest was expecting more from this hotel as the reviews and rating was pretty high and given I haven't stayed in this area before, decided to give it a try. But it's a lacklustre hotel. In room dining was poor and we ordered Thai food. The worst was the bed . Super uncomfortable with poor back support which gave us both back aches. After the feedback and request for a firmer mattress they came back with a wooden board to be place ON TOP of the mattress. Horrors! I put it down to back communication and then asked for a room change which also took some time but it wasn't much different. I DONT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE "

"I always stay here during my transits. Airport hotels are a necessity for many of us, but this feels almost like a resort and a hotel. Great staff!!! If i could change one thing, it would be the corridor carpeting. The padding is a bit thick which makes it hard for wheels of luggage. Other than that very small thing, the hotel is perfect. Thanks for the stay! I will come back and I recommend it to any other travelling passerby. 5 STARS FROM ME"
