Your own piece of countryside yet only minutes away from vibrant lytham. Large country kitchen with butchers block and dining room with refectory style table. Large lounge with a vaulted roof and stained glass windows and large flat screen TV. Six double bedrooms all ensuite with flat screen TV, treat your princess to our master bedroom with its oak four poster princess bed and jacuzzi bath en suite. All bedrooms are en suite.sleeps 12 in comfort .Ground floor bedrooms and ramp (by arrangement)to accommodate wheelchair users and easy access shower. Brilliant property with excellent amenities. The pool was great with the house itself having everything you could need. We had a mixed group and the grounds were great for all our age groups to run around in or play on. It was great to have tennis rackets etc supplied. Jennifer the host was friendly and super helpful

Fletchers Hall is great property .The owners went out of their way the make a great stay with everything well organised. The hall itself is special, dripping with history while having everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is so much to do with the games room, swimming pool and jacuzzi all well used so the rain did not bother us and the TV was never used (nice change). The Location is great easily accessible with plenty to do in close proximity. Many thanks for a great stay, hopefully we will be back soon.

Everyone enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere of Fletcher Hall with so much to do. The pool and games room were well used, especially by the children. It was warm and well equipped. The host recognised the occasions we were celebrating & left a few nice surprises. It is close to Lytham & St. Anne’s, which are lovely places to visit. We only had one issue which we discussed with the host, and will hopefully be addressed.

A perfect house for a family get together. 6 en-suite bedrooms, 2 large dining areas, acres of grounds with tennis court, jacuzzi and covered, heated swimming pool + games room. 11 of us were there for a week and never ran out of things to do! A v quiet location, yet close to nearby activities for those who want to explore the area.

Fletcher's hall was great for our weekend away. 11 of us had plenty of space to socialise together. The house had everything we needed and the pool was amazing, we were in it for hours every day even in October! Jennifer was super helpful and let us know what was on in the local area. The location is lovely and so close to the gorgeous st Anne's. Blackpool was only 20 mins away by car so a great place to use for visiting there too.

We finally got to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday and what an amazing place to do so. We all had a fantastic time. The pool & hot tub were well used & enjoyed by all. What a fabulous place for a group of friends to gather to celebrate special birthdays - the gifts and decorations were really thoughtful. We chilled in the hot tub and pool. Danced under the disco ball and had a thoroughly wonderful time. Jennifer moved our booking twice due to COVID with no quibbles and kept us well informed in the lead up to our stay. When can we come back?

Just spent a fun weekend at Fletchers Hall with family and friends. The swimming pool, hot tub and games room were a great hit with all generations!A very well equipped kitchen was waiting for those who wanted to dine in and soak up the relaxing atmosphere. There are lots of places to explore in the local area without having to travel too far. Jennifer was a caring host and added extra special touches for our stay, Bubbles and balloons for a Birthday and a 'spooktacular' halloween hut with fire pit and marshmallows for the younger ones. A great weekend and would recommend staying at Fletchers Hall. Thank you Jennifer.

It truly is a special place with amazing facilities for both adults and children, made extra special with personal touches added by the host of decorations, flowers and fizz to add to our celebration. We recently stayed at Fletcher's Hall with our entire family for Christmas, 10 in total and a dog! The property itself was stunning. We were met by the host, Jennifer, who made us feel very welcome and could not do enough for us. The property was beautifully decorated for Christmas, with little touches like a plate and glass for Santa snacks, which the kids loved.Jennifer had also laid the dining table ready for Christmas day and left gifts under a tree for each of us! There were also bottles of Processco for us which we really appreciated! Unfortunately, we could not enjoy the pool as we had hoped for, as it was too cold, but attempts were made to heat the pool more. There was plenty of activities in the games room and ample space outdoors to keep the kids occupied, including a trampoline!We were able to thoroughly enjoy a memorable Christmas day altogether and will definately be returning during warmer months to fully utilise the pool. Thank you so much Jennifer for everything you did for us, we highly recommend Fletcher's Hall for families.

We have just returned from an amazing week away at Fletchers hall with 8 of us ranging from 6 to 66. The house and grounds are immaculate and everything you can possibly think of is there.The biggest hits were the pool, hot tub, games room and fire pit area.We really have created family memories that will stay with us a lifetime. There is so much space to play games such as cricket, football, archery, tennis and football golf. The kids also burnt energy on the trampoline. Jennifer was very helpful and let us in early which was appreciated. The kitchen is very well equipped. The location is perfect with Blackpool and Lytham St Annes very close. There is also a good bus service if you don’t want the stress of parking.We would love to come back as this is our new favourite place to have a holiday and spend time with family.

Fletchers Hall was everything we wanted and more Property was fantastic for my family’s needs , the pool (absolutely beautiful heated and a perfect size we had great fun in it) the hot tub and the grounds also made the holiday … the lounge was massive but lovely to sit in all together.. weather wasn’t great so it was perfect to be able to play cards and all chat together.. ideal for all our ages.. 4-61 .. something for everyone.. Our host Jennifer was fantastic and even unloaded my overboard shopping when it arrived before us .. it was easy find , we had trips out to Lytham, which was buzzing .. Blackpool for the Pleasure Beach and the experience all within easy reach it was only 4 days so really we made use of all the facilities at hand …all in all I would definitely go back it would be so cosy in the winter also .. thank you Fletchers Hall ..

Fletchers Hall is a wonderful holiday home with a host of activities that kept the whole family entertained. Jennifer gave us a warm welcome on arrival and was so very helpful throughout but especially so when arranging a surprise birthday meal for my husband at The Northcote - even arranging for a birthday card from the chef to be hand delivered to the house! The gifts and decorations left for us were also very thoughtful, much appreciated and helped to make our short break very special. We all had a brilliant time relaxing in the hot tub and pool, playing tennis, learning to play croquet and making some very special memories - so thank you Jennifer. We would definitely recommend Fletchers Hall as a special holiday home and we would love to return in the future.

We was all amazed by Fletchers Hall! Jennifer was in contact with us to make sure we was OK. The house has everything you need and more! towels provided, kitchen essentials also..... so no need to pack washing up liquid tea towels etc. I could go on and on about our fabulous stay! Jennifer recommended Tasteful Catering for buffets etc they came to the house and prepare a 3 course meal for 12 it was delicious we highly recommend Joanne basically fed us for the weekend we lived and ate like Kings and Queens! Adults and children worn out from the activities.

Fell in love with this house at first sight. It was so great to stay in holiday accommodation with such character. Jennifer & her husband were so welcoming & readily available if needed. The sports facilities were outstanding. Website photos don’t do this place justice. All the rooms are much bigger than they appear. The pool is massive for a private home. The hot tub was available all day. The location was perfect for us. Surrounded by fields but only 3 minutes from local shops & 5/7 mins to Lytham which provides a very pleasant shopping experience - easy to park, signs to public toilets, nice cafes & lots of interesting, independent shops. Highly recommend for all age groups.

What a great holiday home with all the amenities you could ever hope for. At Fletchers Hall, we were met and given a tour and lovely kind and welcome from Jennifer. Fletchers Hall lived up to and exceeded its description on the web site, there was everything you could possibly need and more. For our grandchildren (3 and 6) they just loved the space to run, but also enjoyed the secure pool area, games room and trampoline. For our children (all in their thirties) it was the knowledge the their children were safe. For us it was the attention to detail, with the hosts even adding to the break with flowers, fizz and a 60th birthday banner, this truly made our weekend at Fletchers Hall. We would highly recommend Fletchers Hall as a great location for your break away and incredible memories to be made and shared.

We were a group of friends and one child who came for a girls weekend away. We all live at opposite ends of the country so this was a chance to get together, catch up and relax. Fletchers Hall was the perfect setting. Big enough to fit us all comfortably but with a cosy and homely feel. All our needs catered for and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The prosecco waiting on arrival was a lovely surprise and we had a wonderful welcome. We absolutely loved the hot tub and it was lovely to just sit back, relax and put the world to rights. My little girl also loved the trampoline and the games provided in the house. Thanks to Jennifer for the great communication in the lead up to our stay, for the lovely welcome and for thinking of every eventuality as everything we needed was right there. We had a fantastic time! :) X

The Hall is a great place for a family gathering, 6 Adults 4 Children and 2 dogs had a very relaxing time. Jennifer was there on our arrival and showed us how everything worked, and said just to ring her with any problems which I'm glad to say were none. We had a takeaway from the local Indian which we all enjoyed and a meal at the local pub which was lovely, with a brilliant waiter who would make a great comedian and had us all in stitches. We made good use of the hot tub and the kids were always in the garage games room. Everything was provided for home catering which we did for one evening meal and for cooked breakfast ( when you've opened every cupboard door to find what your looking for 😂) as the kitchen is huge. As this was for my husbands 70th Birthday there were 2 bottles of prosecco nibbles ballon and a card on arrival such a lovely touch. Thank you Jennifer for a wonderful stay x
