"The pool was closed because it was green. However the staff was great. First room was infested with bees, but they upgraded us which was cool. Staff great, food ok, facilities was a fail.."

"The rooms are old and not clean. The sliding doors barely work. The property is worn down and needs a lot of work. We didn’t have hot water for three days and they could have cared less. Disappointed, but you get what you pay for. "

"We visit Park Royal over spring break every year, and have done so for the last 10 years or so. Every year, they make improvements. Recently, they upgraded both the outdoor and indoor bars. The updates are wonderful. Special shout-out to our favorite server, Jorge! He is the best! Much love, brother! You can find better all-inclusive resorts in Cancun, Cabo, etc., but what you can't find in those areas is the world's largest swimming pool. The ocean in Cozumel is the best for swimmers, snorkelers, and divers. And unlike the mainland, there's also never any seaweed. Crystal clear, beautiful water full of coral and marine life. It's a world treasure! Cozumel is our favorite all-inclusive destination, and Park Royal is our favorite resort on the island. We love it. We will be back next year. Thank you!!!"

"Great budget friendly hotel. The staff is super friendly. Housekeeping was exceptional! The rooms are vintage themed with comfortable beds. The pool is nice, the hot tub though was not heated unfortunately. No food options on site, but only a 2 minute walk to store. Better option for breakfast or dinner is Noventa y tres which has amazing food! 3 minute walk. Would stay here again! "

"Absolutely beautiful property with absolutely spectacular view of the ocean! Owner very responsive to any questions. Condo was elegantly furnished and well equipped with towels, kitchen items, linens, games, etc. Location is convenient to nearby restaurants and diving. The neighbors in the building were very friendly and helpful during our stay as well. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful vacation! "
