"Four of us friends wanted a reasonably priced base near the strip in Puerto Del Carmen. This accommodation could not have been better as it was literally only a few yards away. However any noise from the front did not reach usA great outside area for chilling out, and inside was well fitted out with clean bedding, towels, and well fitted kitchen etc. The owner was also easy to contact and amenable.We will definitely be back next year"

"We stayed here for four weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. The villa is spacious enough for a long stay and is down a quiet cul de sac. It has a large outside area for sun bathing and dining. It is up a steep hill from the harbour but manageable. Nice restaurants close by are Antonio’s, Bamba and La Chalana. Only issue we had was there were no English channels on the TV we could find. Thank you to Ernesto our host."

"Pros: La casa tiene una ubicación inmejorable Cons: La atención por parte del anfitrión fue pésima desde el primer momento. Tardó 6 días en contestar a los correos y WhatsApp q le enviamos para saber el proceso de check in, y tampoco nos cogió el teléfono hasta que llamamos a Holidu para quejarnos y al día siguiente escribió. La puerta principal de la casa está hinchada del agua que cae desde la azotea cuando llueve y no cierra ni abre, se forma un charco en el baño cada vez que te duchas...

"He matado 4 cucarachas y 2 hormigueros. Con el calor que hace allí no tiene ni aire acondicionado ni un ventilador. No he podido ni dormir ni del calor y tampoco por cuenta de su vecino que tiene un gallo que canta todos los días a las 6.30 de la mañana y los perros que no paran de ladrar todo el rato. Imposible dormir.la casa necesita una buena reforma. No tiene jambas en la puerta del baño,la ventana de la cocina no abre por q el grifo está delante. Los enchufes del baño no valen para conectar...
