"The room was amazing. Very clean. Our sink was plugged the one day but they came up within 15 minutes and fixed it and apologized multiple times. The concierge called multiple times to make sure we were ok and if we needed anything. They even decorated our room for our daughter's birthday. All staff are very very friendly. Food was great . Pools are amazing. Kids club was great for the kids. Shows were unbelievable!!!! Huge shout out to Bernice the concierge. She was fabulous and professional. And it does not matter if your a are privilege or not you get the same treatment. We will be back . The best stay we've ever had. All the staff made us feel like royalty !!!!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Service, Average Food at Dreams Riviera Cancun My partner and I recently stayed at Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa for four days to attend a wedding reception. Overall, the trip was wonderful, despite two days of rain. What We Loved (5/5 Stars) The absolute highlight of our stay was the incredible staff and service. The employees were genuinely nice and treated us with such respect, making us feel like family. Their personalized attention truly elevated the experience. A special shout-out goes to the concierge. We needed a last-minute babysitter for the wedding reception, and they immediately helped us find a reliable sitter. This support was a lifesaver! Furthermore, the entire resort was noticeably clean and well-maintained. The only major drawback was the dining. 3/5 Stars) Unfortunately, the food was consistently average. I can't offer many compliments on the meals, and the quality could definitely be improved to match the excellent standard set by the service and facilities. We did experience rain for two of the four days, but the staff's positive demeanor and the lovely resort atmosphere still allowed us to have a good time indoors. "Everything was fantastic! If you want to enjoy living, literally right on the beach, but with the comforts of a cozy Casita, you couldn’t ask for more than this. If you’ll be heading into town frequently, then transportation is recommended. It was about 10 minutes by bicycle and always a beautiful ride."

"We had a fantastic 4 month stay here. The apartment was very well appointed and clean. Both Rodrigo, the property manager and Julio, the onsite point person were very responsive to our needs. The location is unrivaled. It has a commanding view of the coast complete with frigate birds and pelicans soaring overhead. It is steps from a beach that you have to yourself. Gorgeous crystal clear Caribbean waters. A short drive or bike ride to town. "
