Quiet paradise just steps from the beach in north end of puerto morelos
This rental is the first floor of a 2-story home, and includes a private plunge pool and outdoor area on the ground floor. There are three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, kitchen, and living space with 75" television. There is access to a larger roof deck, palapa and dipping pool with generous space for dining, relaxing, sunbathing and stargazing. There are views of the ocean and sunset, It is quite relaxing up on top. The beach is an easy 50 steps for sunrise.
Every room is a queen bed, has own AC unit, with attached private bathroom with shower. One room has a futon.
Kitchen is fully furnished, has large dining table and is open to the tv space. The screens in kitchen windows slide apart for transporting food and drinks to pool bar.
1.5 mile walk down the beach to downtown Puerto Morelos - close enough to enjoy restaurants, beach clubs and shopping but tucked away from the noise. Bike rentals available and easy road to town.
Decor may vary as unit is improved.
There is an additional condo on the second floor that is inaccessible to this rental listing.
