"Great staff all around from pool staff, lobby staff, house keeping and restaurant staff. Food was very mediocre and reservations were a little hard to get but those restaurants had good food! I would recommend again!!"

"I really liked the property, the very friendly staff, the gardens, the food, I liked everything. 100% would recommend the hotel because you can walk freely and use all the pools in the 3 hotels or Comoeen any of the 3 hotels without restriction. What I did not like was the head of security, who was very polite and very despotic with the guests and with the drivers who pass through the clients to get them to the airport, I would only give him some Training on how to treat the clients. I understand that he is doing his job, but he does not have to treat clients badly, there is a way to speak with respect. "

"Our stay was amazing because of the wonderful staff! Vicente in the pool was AMAZING and extremely attentive. He connects with his people personally and memorizes everyone’s names! He also came to work early each day to set up our spaces around the pool. He is a rock star!! Enrique was such a hard worker and absolutely so kind! He has a heart of gold! Angel in Entertainmant was phenomenal. I feel like I’ve known him for years. He was like our best friend while there and is such a great entertainer! Ivan and Erik the entertainers were fabulous and made everything fun. They are super dancers and so friendly!! Our servers Roger and Edwin were fantastic! They were so timely & attentive, memorized our drinks, and never missed a thing. We love them both! Antonio the bartender was such a hard worker and made sure our drinks were top tier. He is so friendly too and such a kind person. In the Spoons restaurant, our main server was Isai (can’t remember spelling) and Edwin too! They were very attentive and helpful. Plus the food was great!! I am 100% positive. I will return to this resort simply because of the people. I feel like I have family in Cancun now!"

"The staff is super friendly and will make sure to help you in any way they can. Antonio from the bar was awesome. He was always smiling and ready to provide the best service. One thing i didn't like was that guests get up super ealry and i am talking about 5 am to grab their spots by the pool, so if you are like me and get up around 8 or 9, you won't find any shade. The hotel does have a rule that says if you leave your spor for 45 min, they will remove your towels and belongings; however, i haven't seen it being enforced. I do think the experience would've been different if the beach was not "invaded" by the seaweed. Hotel did meet my expectations. This was 3rd Dreams that my family and I visited and I will definitely stay at Dreams again."
