The resort was packed, so chairs were tough to find if not out early enough. Beach is nice and long, but most of the water is pretty rocky. Overall an amazing trip!"

"I booked the resort for 5 days. Once I arrived I decided to upgrade to the Privileges package. I was assigned to Claudia. She went above and beyond with helping me book restaurants and also helped my get a cable for my computer I left at home. She was an outstanding help during my stay. The food was excellent, ala carte restaurants were perfect. Tapanyaki, Brazilian BBQ and the Privilages restaurant. All food and services were on par for a 5 star resort. I would recomend this resort to anyone wanting to visit Puerto Morales. It was also a $6 USD Uber downtown to see a little more of the sights. "
