Definitely could use more al la carte restaurants as there are only 2 but both were good! Not a ton of activities but maybe they were just things we werent really interested in. Shows and kids nights were good. Hotel is old but well maintained for the most part. Had a fantastic time with our 2 young kids"

"There was no reason to leave the property during our stay. There was plenty to do for a family of 4. My toddler, 4 and teenager 14 both had a great time swimming at the pools and onsite entertainment. There was a family lounge where there are board games, pool, gaming consoles, air hockey, ice cream, candy and treats bar. There was plenty to do during the day, activities ranging from dancing lessons to water sports and workouts. One night they had a violinist playing at reception one evening. They have a calendar of events posted around the hotel so you can pick and choose what you'd like to do. You do have to make reservations for dinner but that was not a big deal. We tried the steak house, asian, and Mexican while there and we were surprised at the all inclusive quality. I am a vegan and they had plenty of vegan food options! At the restaurants there were designated vegan menus!! They have a vegan food truck that was open most of the day pool side! So many food options all day long. The gym was nice too! The staff were all friendly and there to help you. The beach is steps away and very clean and not crowded at all. Being pesos or dollars to tip out. We will be back next year!
