"room was run down evwn though good gesture by the hotel manager,basin was dirty,dead lizard in living room,malay female staff wearing specs at counter no smile and seems hostile,breakfast was so so,called room dining,transferred us but no answer,not once but twice and left us hanging there! asked for extra blanket,took an bour plus and need to call and remind...really cant compare with rws hotel such as equarius and ora or capella,quite a dissapointment in the room cleaniness and service staff"

"Air condition is not consistence. Lazy river pool do not have any tire float to use basically you just walk around the pool."
