"The room we were given upon check in was terrible. Tiny and moldy! Nothing like the photos on your website. We asked to be moved and we offered to pay more but they couldn't move us until the next day. So we moved the next day and the new room was worse. Same thing when we asked to be moved. After paying $400 more and moving rooms 3x we got a room that was bigger and more updated but still not the photos on your website. Staff was all over the hotel but I'm not sure what they were doing. The pools are tiny and no service for food and drinks. The only good thing about this resort was the location if you want to walk to check out different places to eat. We paid way too much money for this hotel."

"This was my third stay at this property which I return to because of the beach access and the incredible staff. Although the facilities are dated the location with a private beach is ideal for a get away vacation. I particularly love the club level rooms in the “newer” of the two buildings. To sit on your balcony while viewing the sunset is beautiful. You can also sleep to the sound of crashing waves. The staff is outstanding (Lisbeth, Alejandro, Nicholas and Oscar) they go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. I highly recommend the property especially the beach access."

"Amazing!! I would score it higher if I could. The pictures and description do not do this place justice. We had everything we needed for this trip; from beach towels, towels, fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen had everything you would possibly need. We didn’t cook, but I went through everything and they were very thorough supplying the kitchen, even had glass food storage. Pool on sight and cleaned every morning. Beach is a walk up- amazing Playa Esmeralda. Take your snorkel gear. We didn’t take ours, but bought one for my son and there were plenty of fish on the rocks without having to stray far from the beach. If a had questions, they responded very quickly- Regina was amazing!!! The home was truly amazing. We were right in the middle of the two areas we wanted to visit. There aren’t a vast selection of restaurants around, but we did go to Girasol for breakfast- not bad having breakfast Oceanside. But we were 15 minutes from Zona Romántica in PV and also from Boca de Tomatlán. We would definitely come back!!! Thank you for the amazing accommodation. Our family loved it."

"Everything is fantastic as usual, but please bring back your great Mexican seafood you had back in the days… (to many hot dogs and dry burgers) And it’s definitely not the fault of personal. "I booked the Villa Ventura for my daughter’s bachelorette 4 day long wknd. 12 women were invited. Seven of us ended up being able to go. We all got our own bedroom suite. The moment you arrived to this stunning villa you knew you were in a magical place. The views were magnificent! The Mexican Latin decor charm so tastefully done. We were immediately greeted by our host Patricia, who was always available for my many questions and happily obliged. The house chef and his crew were impeccable!! Every meal was so delicious and a delight! Not to mention he made amazing margaritas! Every morning we woke to a clean space and the smell of breakfast cooking. The pool area was a fun place for us to play and have some girl time. The water in the pool was always clean and cool, which we needed as it was very hot. Whenever we needed an Uber it was easy to get one within ten minutes or so. I highly recommend this Villa! I would go back in a heartbeat. I miss it already!"

"Front desk, The bellman helped me with my luggage, the suttle driver, the trolley drivers were amazing, they gives us great welcome, and excellent service. The staff from restaurants are fantastic, they gives us great service. I really recommend Mousai Hotel in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico ( adults only) has great views, clean rooms, great environment, amazing service. Love this place, definitely come back again."
