"Smaller property but has everything needed. Restaurants were good, food was ok. Pools are nice and refreshing, but got hot towards the end of the day. It was HOT when we were there and the several waterfalls are pretty nice but I'm sure they heat up the pools. Entertain every night was nice. There are lots of biting flies, so bring bug spray. Very helpful and friendly staff. We would definitely stay again."

"This hotel exceeded all of our expectations and more! Everything about our stay was wonderful. The infinity pool was absolutely beautiful, the food was amazing, and the views were simply stunning. The entire property was very clean and well maintained, and the staff provided excellent, friendly service throughout our stay. We also loved the trolley service to and from the buildings…it was so convenient and made getting around effortless. Overall, we had an amazing experience and truly enjoyed every part of our stay. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel!"

"Family and I had a great time at the resort. The rooms were super clean and fully stocked. The property had great restaurants and food tasted good. Beach front is especially clean and water is swimmable since it’s set up as a lagoon. Highly recommend."

"Beautiful gardens and pool, very clean, good AC, simple accomodations. Short walking distance to beach, zoo, bus stop , and tours. I didn't notice other hotels this close to everything that weren't huge resorts. Great location as it was much quieter and natural than PV yet a short bus ride away from the city. The beach was gorgeous and fun. Sometimes loud at night due to neighborhood music playing. Gracias !"

"Our stay was absolutely perfect. Our host Ken was extremely helpful, accommodating and responsive to every message. The Villa was beyond stunning. Every bedroom was comfortable and spacious. We cannot wait to go back as soon as we can to enjoy the spectacular views and infinity pool. The villa caretaker team was amazing as well."

"The property was “as advertised”. Beautiful views, spacious rooms, gathering areas to seat our 12 family members and a large infinity pool. Given all of the great amenities, the best part of our stay was the amazing staff. All of the food prepared by the chef and assistant chef was delicious. Federico kept everyone happy by making them their favorite drinks. Manny, the concierge, made all of our travel arrangements, kept us stocked with food and handled any of our questions or needs. As you can tell, we really enjoyed our time at the villa."
