"Best kept secret hotel. Brand new, extremely clean, great roof top pool and security guard at the door. Love the decor of the rooms and the rooftop which offered incredible views of the Romantic Zone. I would definitely recommend everyone. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mousai From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff, bell service, and restaurant team provided excellent, attentive service that made us feel welcomed and well cared for. The property itself is beautiful and offers a relaxing, enjoyable atmosphere.
On another note, we were disappointed by the persistent push to attend the 75-minute presentation. We kindly told Alejandro multiple times that we weren’t interested, yet he continued to text us, even saying this was how he fed his children. The next morning, we ran into him again and were met with the same pressure despite our clear “no.” We also noticed a slight decline in service once it was known that it was our last day.
Overall, the hotel is stunning, and we would definitely recommend it and hope to return in the future. We just hope future visits are free from the overly aggressive sales approach.

"The beach was the most unique and beautiful part of the stay. We had our own private beach it seemed. Not crowded. The staff was so amazing. Soledad at the buffet went above and beyond. Miguel and Alejandro at the swim up bar were so attentive and the drinks were made to order. I’ll be back just as long as the people running it and the beach remain the same.
Rooms were comfortable and accommodating. A bit older and could use a bit of updating but were still in good condition. Food options had a nice variety. The Italian restaurant could use some improvement in the food preparation. Especially pizza quality. Casa Grande was our favorite along with Kamari. Buffet had a good variety and excellent service. Fresco was good but as a suggestion the wraps should be could wraps as opposed to being pressed in order to expedite the orders. It’d be a win, win for the chefs and patrons. The chefs were patient and friendly yet seemed a bit overwhelmed. Id say keep it all cold options there. Nathan did an excellent job under pressure. "

"Every year we stay at Casa Iguana for a month we love it there its such a beautiful place that staff and house cleaners are so nice and accommodating the hotel restaurant is really great too. It’s quiet and relaxing Canela the hotel dog is so sweet. We will miss her. See you next year.
