Ancien hôtel reconverti, vous trouverez, au rez-de-chaussée du bâtiment, un café ou il est possible de déjeuner.



L`immeuble possède deux entrées : une au coeur de l`action sur la rue Saint-Joseph, juste en face de L`Impérial Bell et une autre, du côté de la rue Notre-Dame-des-Anges.



L’appartement est situé au deuxième et dernier étage, vous devrez monter 2 escaliers pour y accéder, il n’y a pas d’ascenseur.

Afin d`optimiser le confort, les chambres fermées disposent de très grand lit (Lit King Size) et de rideaux opaques.

Vous trouverez également une vaste cuisine bien équipée et ouverte sur le salon, la climatisation et d`un système de chauffage réglable dans chaque pièce.



Les machines à laver/sécher (payantes) requièrent de la monnaie et sont à même l`établissement mais pas dans l`appartement.



Nous fournissons une place de stationnement sécurisée à nos frais dans un stationnement privée, celui ci se trouve à 5minute environ de l`appartement.

Pour plus de faciliter vous pouvez bien sûr débarquer vos bagages ou personnes sénior en avant de l`établissement. puis allé stationné le véhicule



De plus, une terrasse est disponible pour les beaux jours sur le toit de l`édifice.
