"Clean room, staff was welcoming. Allowed us a late check out. My only complaint, as non NZ travelers I was surprised that the 2 BR apt had only one split HVAC in the lounge area and none in the BR’s. Only on checking out did we realized there was a switch in the one bedroom that turned on a fan. I think written instructions would be helpful to us not familiar with this system. "

"We came for the Queenstown Marathon and the hotel had put on all sorts of extras for runners(shake out run, free breakfast, mindfulness and loads more) really good vibe / entertainment all weekend. We will be back "

"This holiday in was extremely busy with bus tours and they handled things awesome! Wait time was minimal for check-in. Also so many for the breakfast buffet but no problem was ran excellent! Room very clean and nice!"
