Reception was OK but the place was hard to find. the Parking was to far from the hotel, and even though it afforded the visitors a quieter stay, the walk from parking to the hotel was made miserable by the Grape flies. the driveway from the main road was a dirt road full of boulders and pits and I thought I was going to lose the undercarriage of the rented car. the plastic cups and the ceramic glasses in the room were dirty and unusable. breakfast was good each morning and the...

"The site states that the Villa is in Radda in Chianti and it is not. It is in a different village called Goeli in Chianti. It is a very dark villa with no view of the country side. After spending 2 weeks in Italy, this was to be complete the third week of our stay. After being there after one night we left knowing that we would not be refunded the rental money, we are so glad we did as we found great accommodations in Radda In Chianti which is where the this villa is advertised to be located.
