"The place was super clean, room spacious, pool looked inviting and the breakfast was delicious, especially the fruit toppings for the waffles. The staff was friendly with the woman at breakfast seeming almost hyper constantly talking about what was needed for breakfast."

"The property and location were excellent and the fishing was great. Wish we could have stayed longer. The hosts were phenomenal. I forgot my flag mount and reached out for local recommendations and instead, the host loaned me his flag/mount without hesitating. An all-around fantastic trip and we will be returning!"

"The blue heron resort let me talk to you guys about it The host : OMG! Most greatest people you’ll ever meet great hospitality just lovely The room sunrise suite: amazing just breathe taking great for a couple trying to get away so cozy clean pretty new and cool Hot tub : amazing and right by your door The lake: the lake was so great I swam jumped kayaked paddled boat all around it didn’t smell like fish and was so beautiful I highly recommend this place check in was so smooth Christine was alwasys there to answer any questions got the picnic that came with it and it was just great like when I say great it was great great everyone was so nice around check out was so simple and easy me and my partner will alwasys come back it was breathe taking so stop scrolling now and book i promise it’s worth it!!!!"

"The cottage was clean, pleasant and very quite. It was a nice surprise to have dish soap, shampoo, condition, body wash, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, trash bags, Keurig pods (even though I brought my own) provided, we are used to only getting a starter set of items. The bath towels were soft and very nice to use. We used the kayak and paddle boat, it was nice to just go around the river at a leisurely pace. The river was not busy only saw a couple of boats during the week days we were there. The weekends are probably more busy. Was very enjoyable for a short visit."
