"Clean room, lobby and pool area. Quick check in, room service. Kid friendly pool area with great staff for food and beverages at the pool cafe/bar. Would definitely stay again and would recommend."

"The lazy river pool was filthy! You couldn’t see your hands underneath the water. The inside of the hotel was well kept but the rooms only had a like warm cooler (not a fridge/ freezer). The AC was locked and set at 70 degrees so it felt muggy. For the price, I wouldn’t recommend this as a stay for a relaxing, refreshing , pool vacation. So unfortunate and so expensive!"

"Quiet Excellence! We came for a weekend in Palm Springs and found the chateau when booking accommodations. The rooms are a decent size, very clean and beautiful! The chateau is on a lake front which is beautiful, only drawback is the lakefront walkway on the patio is accessible to everyone so it is not private. Amenities are nice, pool being 24 hours was great. The staff was very kind and helpful but since it is a chateau, there are physical keys to be used for the doors which can be a bit confusing. There are lots of stores and restaurants nearby which is awesome, only drawback is it is about 30 minutes from Palm Springs. Other than that no complaints! Highly recommend!"

"I really enjoy how spread out the property is. It does not feel like a hotel. You are truly on a getaway. The Mountain View’s are beautiful and you are far removed from the day to day hustle and bustle. Adult pool was great! Good food offerings and full bar. Two pools and lots of lounges and cabanas. I used the fitness center and it has a good selection of equipment. Loved the food at Adobe and the bar staff was great! I will be back."

"Me and my wife celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary here! It was so great and we had a wonderful weekend the staff was awesome! Veronica at the front desk was amazing so friendly and helpful! Thanks Olga for booking us into the top Casita you had we LOVED it!! Taryn and Michelle at the bar and pool service were so nice and really cared about us to have a great time! And I'm not going to forget our awesome maintenance guy Jesus who helped us out during our check in when the computers were down he's a class act all the way around!!!! We will be booking the same Casita next year and will be bringing some friends as well! The restaurants and bars walking distance was a huge plus!! Thanks for a great weekend and awesome memories for me and my wife!! Brian And Traci Guest"

"We came with my family ( many different age groups) This house provided entertainment for everyone. The layout of the house is ideal for a big group. Each bedroom had an en suite bathroom, which was great! We loved having a game room where everyone could gather, play games, and just relax. Kitchen was equipped with everything needed. Eden was especially quick with answering any questions we had during our stay. The whole process from booking to departing was smooth and effortless. We've rented many houses in the desert, and this is now one of our favorites. We’re are all looking forward to coming back!"
