"The hotel is very clean and had great facilities. The breakfast is also very good. The only thing that lets it down is the WiFi in the rooms. I have stayed here a few times now and the WiFi has not improved. I have mentioned this to the hotel previously. As I use this hotel for business trips this is something that is making me look to other options to stay for my business trips"

"Ausstattung des Hotels sowie der Zimmer ist super. Die Lage ist eigentlich ganz schön, wenn einem nicht die Güterlok durchs Zimmer rauscht. Man sollte wissen dass Rheinblick bedeutet: toller Blick aber sehr laut... Was aber besonders negativ aufgefallen ist, war der Service. Haben 1 Std an der Bar auf Getränke gewartet und waren da nicht die Einzigen. Aber es fing schon an der Rezeption an, wo man uns als Expediakunden quasi abgestempelt hat und vor allen Anderen noch einmal drauf hinweisen...
