The place is nicely maintained, cleaned and pretty good sized. About 15 min walk to the town center and 20 min to station. However, a lot of improvement needed in communication and check in. They dont respond to your email until a few hours before the check in, doesn't matter how many times you contact. It was very stressful for me as I was travelling from Canada and was in the flight for a significant amount of hours on the the day of check in. At one point I almost thought this is a scam. I called and requested for early check in multiple times, which they noted and said it will be fine, but did not take care of. I had to wait for about an hour to check in. There were no housekeeping for my entire three days of stay. I had to request for some teas and coffees and towels on the third day which responded to in a very tirdy manner. Washroom locks are very old and need changing. I was stuck in washroom once and was terrified. I stopped locking the washroom for the remaining of the stay I would still say the room was very good and clean

This is an apartment, cleaned before arrival and after leaving. Management are on site to assist with any issues, for example they helped me move items from the top shelves in the kitchen to lower shelves. The location is close to town. However, the nearest supermarket is about a 10 minute walk away. Great place. I’d stay here again.

The couch and chair was not comfy to sit and relax watching tv and our keys were not in the safe when we arrived and then maintenance knocked on our door at 9.30am to fit soap dispensers in the toilets/bathroom without prior notice

The accomodation was in great condition and consisted of a spacious bedroom, en-suite, spacious dining room with tv and a fully fitted kitchen. I will definitely be back next time i am in Reading.

Big, quiet rooms with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Only very slight negative is some of the walls show small evidence of past water leaks.

Great option if you are looking for a serviced apartment (with parking) near to the city centre. Very big rooms, equipped with everything you need (but a bit sparse with regards to a comfy sofa in the living room). I really enjoyed my stay and have booked it again

Ok mostly
Good sized clean accommodation. However, a little lacking in maintenance such as in the shower, bathroom fan and loo. The sofa was so big as to be uncomfortable. Kitchen well equiped. The booking system was complicated but perhaps that how it is these days.

I am sorry about the issues, we are working in the maintenance of the building in the last few weeks and we are getting everything back to how suppose to be, Thanks for letting me know. About the sofa, they just changed them for a new ones, I'm sorry you didn't find it comfortable enough, I will flag this with my head office and let them know. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment had everything you could want and was very clean. Plenty of parking and very close to the town centre and the hexagon. We would definitely stay again

Enjoyed our stay and very pleased with the accommodation very clean we arrived after dark at rush hour and had problems finding where it was even with Google so pleased 😀 when we rang the phone number supplied for help the lady we spoke to was so helpful, and stayed on the phone with us until we were in the building, I don’t think we would have found it without her help can’t praise her enough we would definitely go back again

Right location free off road parking.
Property nice and clean. One bed house with Kutcher m / living room m downstairs and bedroom with en suite upstairs. Really comfy bed, omg i miss it. One radiator wasn't working in the living room but the propery manageress who is one the same site gave me her plug in radiator. Good value for money. Walking distance from the cinema and wetherspoons. 5 mins to motorway.

Lovely accommodation. Booking in procedure needs looking at though. I was sent 2 emails with 2 different keysafe codes. Thankfully staff were there to sort it out.

Yes! When in Reading stay in a SACO apartment
After initially contacted SACO ,I contacted the apartment managers who sent me "joining" instructions. Very easy to understand and when I arrived easy to execute. The apartment was very clean, sitting room large and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, the shower was powerful enough. The kitchen had a large fridge(buy the way needs defrosting) , an oven and food for a breakfast with tea, coffee and milk.

I am afraid that due to the age of the Victorian Property at Castle Crescent the floors can be squeaky in some of the apartments.
