"Absolutely beautiful hotel! After asking the extremely pleasant, friendly and wonderful staff about the history I found out that the Inn used to be a Woman's college. Beautiful brick structure with a warm industrial/elegant feel inside. As if you were stepping back in time. The rotary phone in the room is an excellent touch. Outside in the courtyard is a very warm and cozy area with two large brick fire pits and comfortable rocking chairs around extra large tables. I was in town for parent's weekend at Longwood, so I wasn't able to see what the actual town of Blackstone was like. However, I would HIGHLY recommend this quaint and elegant Inn, as it truly is an Inn and not a hotel experience."

"It’s was a great stay! The staff was courteous. The hotel was clean. The room was small but cozy and well laid out. The shower was amazing! Breakfast was good. Love the recycling can in the room. The only issue we had was with the bed; it was very lumpy and uncomfortable. But that wouldn’t stop us from staying again! "
