After check and clarified she confirmed already received my payment. And I called to Hotel.com the staff request me to pay again for the hotel and refund my previous payment with Hotel.com due to some payment issue between Hotel.com and the Hotel. "The bathroom was very dated. It looked like a nursing home. The flooring was extremely old. The bed was too low. Only one bath towel for 2 people. It was definitely not up to standard for a Hub. The staff was friendly and made you feel welcomed. But this hotel needs serious renovations. "
