"The property was very clean and had almost everything we needed. We couldn't find a bread knife or coasters (just one) but everything else was great. The hot tub was clean and a great temperature and the seating was adequate for the amount of time we actually spent in the property. Karl was very friendly and welcoming."

And I called to Hotel.com the staff request me to pay again for the hotel and refund my previous payment with Hotel.com due to some payment issue between Hotel.com and the Hotel. But is it the issue of customer why i have to do that. Also...
