"Hotels.com with the hotel have some payment issue. When I check in the hotel front desk staff said that i need to pay for this trip, however, I already fully paid when i booked the hotel. After check and clarified she confirmed already received my payment. And I called to Hotel.com the staff request me to pay again for the hotel and refund my previous payment with Hotel.com due to some payment issue between Hotel.com and the Hotel. But is it the issue of customer why i have to do that.

5* Detached Stone Cottage with a Private Indoor Pool (Not Shared)
10/10 Excellent
"Ray was an extremely friendly and helpful host. The pool and hot tub were perfect both having water at the right temperature for us.We were blessed with plenty of sunshine on days 2 & 3 of our 3 day break towards the end of November and enjoyed great walks. The cottage is very well equipped and had everything we needed, very much a 5 star stay."
"Nice accommodation near Alton Towers. Few little issues like no coffee and salt and could have been cleaner inside the kitchen cupboards and lounge light shades. But comfy beds and clean bathroom etc. Would come back. Nice stay. Communication with host was excellent. "
