"Hotel was very convenient near the harbor, restaurants and parks. We were in Cairns to see the barrier reef and the hotel was 3 minutes away from the harbor. The rooms were excellently appointed. The decor was fresh and new. The beds were awesome and really comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairns"

"Excellent facility!! Very clean and new. Staff were helpful and friendly. Great location with lots within walking distance. Bring an extension cord if you need to plug anything in on the beside table, I have a CPAP and they only have USB ports beside the bed. "

"Spacious clean rooms ,excellent breakfast except fresh fruits were served very big size so you have to use butter knife to cut into smaller pieces 😀 Has guest laundry. Within easy walking distance to Reef Terminal and Central City Mall/ station. "

"Was greeted with a very warm welcome and like the stress free check in with easy to follow instructions. Room was spotless and with a nice view over the ocean,esplanade and lagoon. Everything we needed was here microwave.. stove..washing machine and all pots pans ect… Right outside front door is night markets and if you don’t want to cook there is a food court with food from around the world. But had a peaceful time and great security. Nice to return after 10 years and find it is still perfect....

"Heinrich and his wife were great hosts. Beautiful clean apartments close to the Esplanade. We stored our baggage with them when we arrived and before leaving as our flights arrived early and left late. They gave us really great local recommendations for trips and local fresh barramundi. The apartment is gated for extra security and is well stocked with a kitchen, tea, coffee and the essentials. It was a lovely week in Cairns. "
