"Had a four night stay at ULIV Cibeles and we spent it very comfortably. The staff was super kind and helpful with any issue we brought to their attention. They also gave us great recommendations for where to eat nearby. The location was convenient with lots of options nearby for restaurants and closeness to Insurgentes. The room was plenty spacious for our stay and for the most part the sounds of the city were dampened (except for the night Mexico played its last group stage game, but that was to be expected ❤️🇲🇽). Water pressure was really good on the first floor. TV was a smartTV with no options for local channels. We happened to be region locked out of watch the ongoing World Cup, but others may not have that issue."
