"The bathroom in our room was very unclean. I have photos of grimy areas with scum/bacteria on certain areas. The grab rails in the bath and the areas around the sink taps and overflow outlet were disgusting. It would quite easily come off if cleaned properly."

"Arrived slightly late but still greeting by owner. Room was spacious and luxurious but does need some TLC. Beautiful balcony overlooking wonderful spacious gardens, small pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Breakfast was excellent, staff were very friendly, helpful and respectfully distant. Had a great meal at The Bear of Burton (two doors away). Great distance from Christchurch (6 minutes). Would stay again."
