Welcome to 72 Sussex Street, Unit #5 at The Pines—your perfect beach getaway in the heart of Rehoboth Beach. This recently updated two-bedroom, one-bath condo is ideally located just four blocks from the beach and boardwalk and only one block from Rehoboth Avenue. The inviting open-concept living space features a well-appointed kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living room with a SMART TV, all opening to a spacious private balcony. Additional highlights include ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, an outdoor shower, and access to a shared, coin-operated washer and dryer. The property offers assigned parking for one vehicle (no overflow parking available). Please note that linens are not included, though a rental package is available for guests. The unit is cooled by three window air-conditioning units, and the building does not have an elevator. Pets and smoking are not permitted. Accommodations Intermediary #2024713094.

Perfect holiday weekend

My family spent the 4th of July holiday here and I could not ask for a better experience. The check in and check out process was really easy and helpful. The condo was perfect. Clean and comfy and perfectly located. No car needed the whole trip! Everything walkable.

Great condo in a convenient location

Located only ten minutes from the beach and very close to shops and restaurants. It was clean and welcoming. Nicely equipped with almost everything you need (linens are extra but was pleasantly surprised that unit included coffee machine, toaster, hair dryer, etc.) Rental included a dedicated off-street parking space as well as a neighborhood parking pass which is very helpful if you want to park anywhere near beach. Plenty of space for a family of four. Highly recommend!

Cute, clean apartment in *ideal* location

This apartment was the perfect spot for my two sisters and me to have a long beach weekend. The place was incredibly clean and very comfortable, and felt spacious for 3 adults. Perhaps most significantly, the location was absolutely perfect. It was tucked away on a residential side street behind the main drag, so it was quiet and private, but still so close to everything. It’s a block from the Cultured Pearl, so we never drove our car once - we walked to all the shops and restaurants, the beach (about a 10 - 15 min walk) as well as Uprising Coffee in the other direction. Truly a great spot. One heads up to be aware of - the place is owned by Re/Max Realty, so they insist on doing all their communication, separate contracts, and payment outside of VRBO. It feels like a scam (thankfully it wasn’t!), but it certainly negates the comfort and convenience (and the whole point!) of renting through VRBO.
