Alpha is situated in Pier Avenue and is a wonderful family holiday home, close to the beach in Southwold. This lovely town has interesting shops, restaurants and cafes and a quirky pier rebuilt in 2001. Southwold is a fantastic seaside town for a holiday for all ages. Size: Sleeps up to 5, 3 bedrooms. Nearest beach: Less than 0.5 miles. Nearest amenities: Less than 0.5 miles. Pets: 1 adult dog is welcome.  Dogs are allowed on the ground floor only - a stairgate is provided.
Short breaks: Available at this property. Smoking: Not allowed at this property. Rooms: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, sitting room/dining area, kitchen, sun room, cloakroom. Beds: 1 double, 3 single (1 2ft bed). Luxuries: Wi-Fi. General: Gas central heating. Utilities: Electric oven and gas hob, fridge , microwave, dishwasher and freestanding freezer. Standard: Kettle, toaster, iron. Other: Bed linen and towels provided. Outdoors: Lawn at rear with garden furniture. Parking: Private for two cars at the front of the property.
