Accommodation is great with four bedrooms sleeping seven guests - perfect for a family holiday or a couple’s escape! A luxurious hideaway in a fab location.
Reydon is just one mile from Southwold, a traditional coastal town famous for its pier, lighthouse, pastel coloured beach huts and fabulously fresh seafood! The town has some excellent independent shops, cafes and restaurants, be sure to call in for a pint of the acclaimed Adnams beer in one of the popular pubs.
Sleeps: 6 in 4 bedrooms. Beds: 2 x king size beds. 1 x twin beds. 1 x single bed.
Accommodation Entrance: coat hooks and space for boots and shoes. Living Room: two three seater sofas, coffee table, dining table and six chairs. Woodburner. A narrow staircase to Small snug area: desk, chair, two bean bags Kitchen: electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Bedroom 1: king sized bed with memory foam mattress, bedside tables, lamps, chest of drawers, wardrobe. Ensuite bathroom: bath with shower over, hand basin, WC. Cupboard with washing machine. Bedroom 2: king sized bed with integral memory foam mattress, wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Family shower room: Shower cubicle, hand basin and WC.
First Floor: Bedroom 3: twin beds, bedside tables, lamps, chest of drawers and clothes hanging space. Bedroom 4: single bed, bedside tables, lamps, chest of drawers and clothes hanging space.
Entertainment: large, flat screen TV, DVD, CD player. For Families: children’s hideaway/snug with a desk, chair and 2 bean bags. Cot and high chair available £15 per item. Outside: rear garden laid to lawn with shrubs and paved seating area with garden furniture and Weber Barbeque (stored in the garage) Parking: gate to front of house to gravel parking area for two cars. General: WiFi. Central heating. Log burner; During the winter months (November - March) all logs are provided with kindling, firelighters and matches. Supplies of logs are found in the garage, where bicycles can also be stored. Utility starter pack for the kitchen and a welcome pack. No smoking. Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property.
