The property is as advertised, clean and modern. Very comfortable stay and the car parking facility is really convenient. The cooking facility is good and there is grocery store nearby and a bakery downstairs.

This was our last stay in Iceland following an 11 day epic Ring Road adventure. The room was well stocked with the essentials, quiet and clean. The location was excellent for exploring the city on foot. Brikk bakery in the ground floor was an added bonus.

We really loved the location (walking distance to everything) and Brikk bakery on the ground floor! Unfortunately, our room didn’t appear to be cleaned when we arrived…dirt on the floor, finger prints (and soap?) all over the bathroom door…and the bathroom door has a 2inch hole in it and doesn’t close all the way, so very little bathroom privacy if you’re sharing your room.

Beautiful property! Easy parking and great location. From the kitchen dishes and appliances to bedding, every detail was well thought out and executed. This was by far our BEST accommodation during our 10 day visit to Iceland. Thank you so much!

Location was very good. Short walk to Main Street. The room itself was basic. No place / drawers to unpack clothes. Asked for an early check-in at 12pm/1pm which was rejected. At 3pm door code was activated. Beds very comfortable but didn’t like the pull-out glass bathroom door, seemed very flimsy. However the shower pressure was excellent. All in all 7/10.

We had a really enjoyable stay at ODDSSON Downtown Hotel. The location is excellent — very central and convenient for exploring Reykjavík, with many attractions, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and hassle-free. We could always find car-park spaces available. Our room was comfortable and nicely designed, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially appreciated how well equipped the kitchen was for travellers who want to cook. Overall, a great choice for staying in Reykjavík. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Room was clean but towels had smell to them when wet. Quiet location and a 10 minute walk to main street downtown. Keypad to building entrance had issue with our pin as one number was off center. Overall a really nice stay!

Older property, could use some love: but all in all good. Well appointed kitchenette, bathroom and the bed was very comfy. Fairly easy to find, and in a decent location. A shelf or something for toiletries would be a good idea. It’s was noisy by the door( our room was right over the front door with pelo e coming and going a lot, but after a while you get used to that. Easy to get around that area. Bakery underneath the hotel

Self-check-in was very convenient, and the location was very good. Easy access to the central town area and within walking distance to the food court and other restaurants. The kitchen was quite adequate. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Also, parking is available in the back of the building and in the front. Overall, very good. Spent two nights.

Our stay was for 5 days/4nights. Room was nice, clean and very functional. There was not a lot of space, had to crawl onto the bed, but was not a problem. Did not really use the kitchen as we were out and about most days. Nice cafe/bakery attached, very convenient. Good location as we walked to many places. The host was easy to contact and very responsive. Overall worked out well for us and would recommend.

The outside door keypad was terrible. We had to use the call system to get in which took sometime. I would not have booked there if I had known there was no on-site host/desk. I did like the convenient location and the on-site free parking.
