We did not use the spa, we just like the room while booking. We were not disappointed, the room was perfect (felt just like home) and the shower was wonderful (fantastic pressure) plus the bed was very comfortable. My only comment would be that the couch is beyond hard and the hanging lamp is placed in the walkway.

Hotel was clean and the room was well sized for a family of four. The hotel is not far from city center, about a 30 minute walk. The area is well served by buses and I would recommend getting a City Pass for buses and museums. The front desk staff lacks some customer service prowess - told us we needed to pay for breakfast that we had already paid for and told us to use Google when we were asking for tips on transportation.

Bathroom is tiny. You have to step around the toilet to get in and out of the tiny shower. The grout was dirty/moldy and when the main light was on in the bathroom it made a humming noise. Area was ok but we didn’t get any good feels from this property. Comfortable bed. Probably would choose another property the next time we’re are here.

Confusion about how much time you can spend in the spa, one staff member told us on check in that I had one hour over a four day stay. I checked this out the following day and you can spend as much time as you like as long as you book any treatments. I did not use the spa because of this and being busy on other trips meant that myself amd my friend used the pool and hot tubs only for the last hour on the last day of our stay. Also no jacuzzi. The hotel decor is quite muted and our room was quite dark and grey, overall dark corridors and an uninspiring atmosphere. When checking out and handed our room keys in at 4a.m. to get the fly bus from the hotel,the male staff member just said 'there were two of you in this room?' there was no smile or warmness and no thank-you for your stay,it leaves the wrong lasting impression. Break was very good with a wide selection.
